The upper floor contains the main living area of the house: a spacious and welcoming dining room that connects to a bright living room with direct access to a long balcony. From here, guests can enjoy impressive views over Begur, Pals and the surrounding landscape.
This floor also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals comfortably throughout the stay.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, no food products are provided in the house, including salt, sugar, oil, coffee, water or similar items.
The upper floor also includes a double bedroom, a complete bathroom and a guest toilet, all arranged to provide maximum comfort and convenience.
The middle floor has four spacious bedrooms, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, exploring the area or discovering the Costa Brava. This floor also includes a complete bathroom and direct access to a second terrace, where guests can continue to enjoy the panoramic views and the natural light that characterise the house.
The lower floor has a private garage and a practical utility area equipped with a washing machine and storage space.
The amenities provided are an initial courtesy intended to make guests’ arrival easier and cover their first basic needs. Guests must purchase any products they require during their stay, as amenities are not replenished.
The cleaning fee includes the final cleaning, bed linen and one set of towels per person, consisting of one bath towel and one hand towel. Changes of bed linen or towels during the stay are not included unless they have been booked in advance as an additional service.
