The house consists of ground floor and two floors above. In the basement is the garage with direct access to the house.
On the ground floor is the dining-living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace, large fully equipped kitchen-dining room and guest toilet.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (1 suite with bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with single bed and bunk bed) and 2 bathrooms, one of them in the suite.
On the first floor is the laundry room and solarium overlooking the private garden and the tree line that separates the house from the beach. The house is complemented by an extensive list of additional services and amenities:
