El Mirador is a beautiful and spacious house with a private pool located in a residential area of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, close to the center of the village. It is in a very quiet environment to spend a relaxed holiday and has parking, air conditioning, wifi and has wonderful views of the city at the foot of its terraces.
This spectacular accommodation has more than 350 m2 of living space and more than 50 m2 of swimming pool.
The house is of contemporary construction and has subsequently been renovated, made with good quality materials and has abundant accessories that will allow you to enjoy an enviable holiday with lots of charm.
When you arrive at your destination, you can drive your car into the property and drive up to the door of the house or park it at the entrance to the property.
Upon entering the house, you immediately notice the majesty of this construction, large spaces and many rooms. We pass the hall to access the large dining room next to one of the dining rooms, with access to the terraces that have one of the best views over the city. Next to it we have the large kitchen with its cooking island, table to eat there, and all kinds of accessories. Apart from the intermediate rooms for different uses, on the same floor we find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of these rooms has bunk beds for 5 people (advisable for children). On the top floor is the suite, star of the house, with its own terrace.
Outside we will find a magnificent barbecue built on site next to an outdoor dining room very close to the pool and in the shade. This pool is overflowing and is surrounded by a very generous terrace from where you can enjoy the beautiful views already mentioned. The rest of the exteriors come configured as a garden, terraces and recreation area.
