Casa Brisa is located in a quiet residential area of S'Agaró, 7 minutes from the beach of Sant Pol. The house is built on different levels and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. The property has capacity for 6 people, ideal for a family.
The living room is spacious and bright with sofas, television and a small table, as well as a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and toaster. There is also a small table and chairs.
From the living room you have direct access to the terrace with table and chairs. A small staircase leads down to the garden with barbecue, table and chairs for 6 people.
On the main floor there is a toilet.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 1: bedroom with double bed (160x185).
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x180).
On the first floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom.
Bedroom 3: bedroom with double bed (160x185) with balcony and beautiful views.
On top of the first floor, the house has a solarium terrace with an incredible view of the sea, Playa de Aro and S'Agaró. On this terrace there is the washing machine and dryer.
The house has private access.
Groups of young people under 25 years old are not accepted.
The price includes: final cleaning, sheets and towels (2 per person).
For bookings of more than 10 days, a change of sheets and towels is included.
