The garden is pleasant with a mixture of shrubs, flowers & fruit trees.The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with a dishwasher, big fridge / freezer combination, oven (including microwave), washing machine, coffee machine, kettle etc.Unlimited fast fibre internet is also available at the villa and included in the rent.On ground level there is the master bedroom with on suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a second bathroom.Upstairs there is one bathroom, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, (also with additional fold down bed) and a spacious sun terrace with table & chairs to enjoy views over the forest and mountains.The whole property is equipped with air-conditioning throughout. For golfers, there are no fewer than seven top Golf Courses of all 18 to 36 holes available within 30 min drive.
We will receive you in the village, give you a little explanation and give you the keys. A few days before arrival we will contact you at the location of the village and plan your arrival time. From the day of arrival, they will contact you via whatsapp to see if your arrival is going as planned. Once received, we will block your deposit of € 500 from Ihrer Kreditkarte, akzeptiert American Express. If your credit card is not working at Check Inn, the deposit must be paid in cash.
