VILLA LA PLAZA- Santa Cristina de Aro
The villa is situated in the centre of Santa Cristina de Aro, in front of a square, in a very quiet area of the village.
On the main floor there is a kitchen, living-dining room with air conditioning, access to the terrace and the garden area, toilet and laundry area.
If we go up to the first floor we find a suite with a 1,35 m bed and bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a 1,20 m bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
The terrace area has an awning and table and chairs to have lunch outside, in the garden area there is a barbecue.
It has wifi and air conditioning in the living room.
The car must be parked on the street, but the area is free and it is easy to park.
The situation of the villa allows us to go on foot to go shopping or walking.
The situation is ideal to visit the beaches and coves of the Costa Brava, located just 5 minutes by car.
The tourist tax, one euro per person per day, will be charged for the first 7 days only.
Unfortunately we cannot accept groups under 25 years of age at this property.
The delivery and collection of keys will take place in our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro.
