CA LA NINETA - Sant Feliu de Guíxols
Completely refurbished house, located 500 metres from the beach of Sant Feliu de Guíxols.
The house has a ground floor plus a first floor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, the stairs to access the first floor,living-dining room with exit to the patio, fully equipped kitchen with exit to the patio and a complete bathroom.
The patio has a table and chairs to eat outside and BBQ, the access from the kitchen and the dining room makes it very comfortable.
We go up to the first floor and we find a bedroom with a double bed, a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed with a dressing room, from the dressing room we can go out to a small terrace where we can find the washing machine.
Ca la Nineta has air conditioning and wifi. Thanks to its renovation, we can enjoy a modern house, new, tastefully decorated, and with all the comforts to enjoy a fantastic holiday on the Costa Brava.
There is no parking, but this is not a problem, 250 metres away there is a large free municipal car park.
The location of the house allows you to walk to the beach or to the centre of Sant Feliu.
The tourist tax, one euro per person per day, will be charged for the first 7 days only.
Unfortunately we cannot accept groups under 25 years of age at this property.
The delivery and collection of keys will take place in our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro.
