This spectacular accommodation has nearly 250 m2 of living space and 50 m2 of swimming pool. The house is newly built, made with good quality materials and has plenty of accessories that will allow you to enjoy a relaxed and charming holiday. When you arrive at your destination, you can drive into the property up to the front door and next to the estate's garden. From the parking area you have access to the front door and from here to the day area and the bedroom area. Upstairs you will find an open plan area with a large living room dining room and kitchen that has access to both the large front balcony and the covered terrace from where you can have breakfast watching the sunrise from the sea and you can access the private pool. At the other end of the floor you will find a day toilet. On the other floor there are three of the four bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, and another access to the pool. One of these rooms is the main room with a double bed of 1.80 m and access to another furnished terrace next to the pool. Further down you will find the fourth bedroom with double bed and bathroom.
