Flat located on the second line of the beach in Sant Antoni, just a few metres from the sea. Ideal for a pleasant and quiet family holiday. It has a total capacity for 4 people with two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms.
It is a spacious and luminous flat with a very functional distribution. The living room is spacious, has TV and air conditioning, as well as a comfortable sofa and dining area equipped with table and chairs for 4 people. The living room gives direct access to two outdoor terraces and to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
Both bedrooms have an outside exit to the terrace:
Bedroom 1: master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: room with single beds
The other bathroom is fully equipped, where we can find the washing machine.
In all the rooms there is plenty of light, air conditioning (or fan) and Wi-Fi connection.
The flat includes:
-Bed linen
-Towels (2 per person)
Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted.
The price of the cleaning fee includes: final cleaning, bed linen and towels (2 per person).
For bookings of more than 10 days, a change of sheets and towels is included.
