The dining room decorated with Mediterranean air is very bright, it has a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and direct access to the outside.
The balcony is very spacious, it has a table with chairs ready to enjoy a quiet breakfast or your favorite cocktail at night. it also has a large sofa.
The terrace of the building is only one floor above the apartment, we will find the two community pools, one large and one for children with beautiful views of the bay of S'agaró. In the apartment you can find two sun loungers to sunbathe on the terrace.
The parking is covered and is located just below the same building, it can be accessed directly from the elevator.
