On the first floor we find two bedrooms, a courtesy bathroom with shower, the living room, the kitchen, an outdoor barbecue area and access to the garden and pool with many charming corners.
The kitchen is large and modern with an island in the center and a table to enjoy a nice breakfast, fully equipped with a super fridge, coffee maker, toaster, TV... We will also find a large
Laundry room equipped with cabinets, washing machine, dryer, iron...
From the kitchen you can go directly to the barbecue area (firewood and charcoal) covered by a pergola where you can enjoy a quiet lunch or dinner.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: double bedroom with two single beds (95x190x2) and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: suite with a king size bed (200x200), large closet, bathroom with shower and views of the garden and pool with direct access.
In this villa, the environment is respected: the water is osmosis and is prepared for convenient and easy recycling.
The dining room is very well equipped, decorated and illuminated with views of the garden, pool and direct access to the porch. (TV, sofas, table, chairs...)
