House in l'Escala, 6 minutes from the beach el Rec. House for families, with private garden and communal pool in the village of l'Escala. Capacity for 6 people, with three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We do not accept people under 28 years of age, we do accept children. We don't accept pets.

Two-storey house, on the main floor there is the dining room with sofa and dining table, with TV. The kitchen has a fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Exit to the outside garden from the dining room. Possibility to put an outside table in front of the dining room. There are also loungers to sun bath at the garden.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed and two more with two individual beds. The 2 bathrooms are full equipped, one with bathtub and bidet and the other one with a shower. There is a balcony at this floor.
It is not possible to park the car in the garage because it is too small, but on the street there is always free parking. You can download the luggage in front of the house. There is a washing machine available for guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You can park the bicycles inside the garage.

If you want to go to a supermarket, you will find 2 within 5 minutes walking distance. L'Escala has very beautiful places where you can snorkel or scuba dive, as well as hiking the Camí de Ronda. There is the Cala Montgó, Rec beach, beach of Riells de l'Escala, and a little further away you can go to the beach of Empuriabrava, Roses, or even after Creus, 1 hour by car.
