In most areas, vehicles may only enter up to three times per quarter, so we recommend parking before check-in. While Girona is generally calm, some street noise and church bells may be heard if the windows are open. Late check-in is available for a fee. Girona Airport is just 20 minutes away by taxi or about 30 minutes by bus. Airport buses stop at the main train station, which is within walking distance of most of our apartments in or near the Barri Vell, some just 10 minutes away. From the station, fast trains connect to Barcelona in around 35 minutes and to Figueres, home of the Dalí Museum. If you're arriving by car, please note that the historic centre (Barri Vell) has restricted vehicle access (3 entries per quarter) and no street parking. Streets are narrow and mostly one-way, so we recommend parking before check-in. After booking, you'll receive access to your personal Bravissimo App with detailed parking instructions, check-in info, and lots of useful tips to make your arrival and stay easy and enjoyable. Girona is very walkable, and once you're here, everything is close by, including great cafés, restaurants, and cultural highlights. Cycling is also a fantastic way to explore the area, with rental shops nearby.
