The main house: at the entrance you have a cozy covered terrace, that leads you inside the house where you will find a living room equipped with a 65’’ smart TVS with a totally equipped open kitchen with double door American fridge.
Three bedrooms, one double and two with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower.
Outside a huge garden with pool area (which can be closed if you don't want kids to be there not supervised), sunbeds, slide for kids, tennis table for some afternoon fun, a big green area ideal for playing or relaxing where you will find some shadow areas to relax too.
Two covered verandas, one with table, chairs and sofas for relaxing and the other one with big table and chairs. Both verandas are equipped with barbecue.
Just outside the house you will find a guesthouse with a separate entrance with two bedrooms (two single beds) and a bathroom, both rooms are equipped with rooftop fans.
Parking for several cars.
Free high speed WIFI.
The house is located in a quiet residential area of calonge, 10 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes away from supermarkets and shops in a street which is a cul de sac, thus very quiet as only the neighbors come in.

A cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
No smoking allowed in the house.
Well trained pets are welcome - max 2.
Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included in the price for all guests.
Groups of young people under 25 and parties are not allowed in this house. Families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday are more than welcome.
The tourist tax is not included in the price.
