The house is located in the picturesque village of Begur, just below Es Castell, the most significant monument of the area. This privileged location allows you to reach the village center in just five minutes on foot. The various beaches of the Costa Brava, such as Sa Tuna, Sa Riera, and Aiguablava, are within close proximity. Additionally, during the summer, a beach bus runs frequently every day.
The house has a parking space directly in front, an important advantage. The terrace and balcony offer impressive views of the sea, the monumental Masia de La Torre Carmen Amaya, and the Pyrenees. Behind the house, there is a cozy garden, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.
The house can accommodate eight people. On the first floor, you will find the living-dining room, kitchen, a patio, and a courtesy bathroom. The spacious living-dining room has a Smart TV and access to the terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the monument.
On the second floor, there are four bedrooms with high luxury boxspring beds, handmade. There are also two full bathrooms with WC on this floor. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the garden, which offers a quiet and private space to relax.
The house is equipped with high luxury beds, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, iron, and hairdryer. Additionally, it features outdoor furniture and heating with a boiler.
