Description
Villa Colette is a rustic house located in a quiet area of Sant Antoni de Calonge less than a kilometer from the beach.
It is a single storey house for 10 people with all comforts, tastefully designed and very private. The house has stunning sea views and a private pool.
The large living room is divided into the seating area with comfortable sofas and the dining area with a large table. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a large island. Right next to the kitchen is the laundry area with washing machine, dryer and iron. The living room and kitchen have direct access to the garden. When we leave the kitchen to the outside, we find the barbecue area and a table for family meals.
All rooms have access to the outside.
Bedroom 1: Suite with double bed, wardrobes and bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: Suite with double bed, wardrobes and bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3: Suite with double bed, wardrobes and bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 4: Suite with two single beds, wardrobes and bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 5: Suite with two single beds, wardrobes, bathroom with shower.
There is also a toilet at the entrance to the house.
In the garden Villa Colette has charming places to relax. Under the porch you will find sofas where you can read or have a refreshing drink. The 10x5m swimming pool is made of chlorine and you will find sun loungers for sunbathing.
This villa is ideal for a family holiday or with friends on foot from the beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge and close to the most beautiful villages on the Costa Brava. This is a modern and bright villa, finished with high quality materials that has everything you need for a fantastic holiday.
