Both have a wardrobe and window to the outside, and access to the private back yard. The dining room and living room are a joint space with the kitchen. There is a sofa, an armchair, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with a toaster, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine, microwave, blender and juicer, as well as cooking utensils.
The patio has another table with chairs, two wooden hammocks and a private garden to be able to play with friends or the little ones.
The community has a garden and two swimming pools open throughout the year, one of them is for children. There is a covered parking space and lift.

From the apartment you will find La Fosca beach 5 minutes' walk away, with fine sand ideal for children. You can access the Ronda path that will take you to the best coves on the Costa Brava, S'Alguer, Castell, Cala Estreta, and you can even reach Calella de Palafrugell.
In La Fosca there is a supermarket open during the summer and restaurants in front of the beach. The center of Palamós is 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. You will find a wide range of restaurants, in the old town or in front of the sea. You will also find clothing stores, shoe stores, and many other establishments.
