There are two more single beds in the attic.
On the ground floor there is the dining room, the kitchen and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee. The dining room with large sofa and dining table for 6 people, TV and exit to the patio and pool. In the outdoor patio there is a table with chairs for 6 people. Large communal garden and pool.
Just 15 min from the beach and the town center.

In L'Estartit there is a very large beach, you can go kayaking to the Medes Islands, a natural place protected by its great animal biodiversity. From L'Estartit you can go to Torroella de Montgrí where there are many local food shops, you can go up the Montgrí mountain, where there is a very well preserved castle that can be visited inside (with viewpoints). It is an excursion that can be done by adults and children. And you can also go to L'Escala, which also has beautiful beaches.
If you want to go further, the Dalí Museum in Figueres is a 40-minute drive away, Cadaqués is a 1-hour drive away, and Roses is a 50-minute drive away. In the area of Roses there is a large beach, wind tunnel and Empuriabrava canals.
